What You'll Do:

Join our team and immerse yourself in an exciting and engaging opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies that support esteemed customers such as NASA and the U.S. Department of Defense. Stay deeply involved in both research and engineering execution as you:

  • Develop advanced power and thermal management technologies for military and commercial applications.
  • Design, build, and validate prototype systems to demonstrate new concepts.
  • Conduct experimental research in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and micro-fluidics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and identify solution pathways.
  • Analyze data, interpret results, and refine designs using sound engineering judgment.
  • Contribute to the advancement of innovative R&D initiatives within the Power and Thermal-Fluids group.

What You Need:

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field (0–5 years of experience; higher experience considered).
  • Strong technical background in heat transfer and fluid dynamics.
  • Hands-on laboratory and experimental research experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and technical problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with modeling and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, Icepak, Workbench) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and developing cutting-edge technologies.
  • US citizenship or Green Card holder due to access restrictions.
