The Role

We're hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to drive participant enrollment for our clinical studies, spanning both healthy volunteers and individuals with mental health conditions. You'll help build and run the lead funnel, sourcing and converting candidates through social and digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

We need equally motivated individuals on our team. We work long hours and typically operate 5 days a week. Salary: 70,000–85,000 per year
We look for people with serious ambitions for their own growth.

What You'll Do

• Vet incoming candidates against protocol criteria, confirming eligibility, compliance, and overall fit
• Run the booking calendar and lab capacity so the site operates smoothly and at full utilization
• Map referral sources: hospitals, clinics, community organizations 
• Keep in touch with enrolled participants from intake through study completion, answering questions, building trust, and ensuring retention
