The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Cardiology, seeks a Research Instructor to conduct fundamental biological research and support trainees (pre- and post-doctoral) in their research endeavors. Excellent leadership and communication skills are required to function as part of a collaborative research team as well as the candidate's independent research program. The position will also have medical student, graduate student, and/or fellow teaching responsibilities.
Candidates should hold an MD, PhD, or MD/PhD degree. Successful candidates will demonstrate objective evidence of productivity in terms of first-author publications.
