What You Will Do

• Design and implement machine learning models to monitor and analyze agent behavior at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define project requirements and milestones.
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights and optimize performance metrics.
• Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate model performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation for algorithms and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 1 to 4 years of experience in machine learning or data science roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with a strong understanding of machine learning libraries.
• Experience in data manipulation and analysis using tools like SQL or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure relevant to AI and data processing.

• Experience with deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Compensation and Benefits
