Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Growth Analysis
- Conduct market research and assess opportunities for expansion
- Evaluate partnership opportunities with healthcare providers and referral sources
- Analyze reimbursement structures, regulatory trends, and industry developments
Regulatory & Compliance Research
- Research licensing, enrollment, accreditation, and compliance requirements across various markets
- Review and interpret regulations, policies, and operational guidelines
- Cross-reference information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and compliance
Reporting & Strategic Support
- Gather, organize, and present research findings to leadership teams
- Develop reports, recommendations, and implementation plans for new initiatives
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex information
- Background in healthcare, compliance, operations, business analysis, or research preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and research tools
