Job Description:
The University of Florida College of Nursing seeks a Research Coordinator II to support SURVIBENE-LT, a five-year NIH/NIDDK-funded, multi-site research study focused on improving liver transplantation decision-making and patient outcomes. Working under the direction of the Principal Investigator, this position will coordinate day-to-day research operations, support collaboration among project partners, maintain study documentation, facilitate regulatory and administrative activities, and assist with project implementation and reporting. The role is integral to advancing innovative, data-driven research that leverages clinical data, artificial intelligence, and patient-centered outcomes. This is a 0.50 FTE, grant-funded position expected to continue for the duration of the project.
Coordinate day-to-day activities across UF, the University of Minnesota, the Cleveland Clinic, and external collaborators.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Project planning, implementation, and milestone management
Multisite coordination, meetings, and communication
Regulatory, data-access, and personnel coordination.
Financial, administrative, and NIH reporting support
Advisory, engagement, dissemination, and site activities
Expected Salary:
$30,000-$35,000 annually; commensurate within this range based on qualifications and experience.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in health sciences, public health, nursing, research administration, project management, informatics, or another appropriate field and two years of relevant research or project coordination experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
