Research Assistant II/III - CuSTOM Accelerator at Centre for Stem Cell and Organoid Medicine

At CuSTOM Accelerator, we operate at the intersection of academia and industry to develop organoid-based platforms that bridge preclinical and clinical research. Our work is advancing personalized medicine, improving patient outcomes, and redefining how drug discovery is performed with laboratory automation, high-throughput workflows, and AI-driven analytics playing a vital role.
We are looking for a curious and adaptable scientist or engineer who is eager to work across disciplines and contribute to shaping the future of automated organoid research.
What You Will Do
This is a lab-based role focused on integrating laboratory automation and data-driven analytics into organoid research workflows. You will work with existing automated systems while contributing to the design and implementation of new scalable processes.
This role involves close collaboration with project investigators, key industry partners, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure successful project execution.
