About the Role
As a Research Associate, you'll lead application-focused research efforts, providing direct technical support to R&D initiatives. Your work will involve developing novel formulations, utilizing analytical techniques like HPLC, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including regulatory, marketing, and product development. This role offers a vibrant, fast-paced environment where your creativity and problem-solving skills will drive innovation and success.

Pay $29 to $35/hour depending on experience

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial laboratory experience in research, product development, or technical applications
• Proficiency in analytical techniques, especially HPLC
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
• Collaborative mindset with experience working within team-oriented research settings

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with industrial product formulation
• Knowledge of next-generation delivery technologies
