Research Associate II in CytologyEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Science.Qualifications:Experience: 2–4 years of relevant post-college job experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in a range of specialized laboratory techniques, capable of searching scientific literature, and skilled with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.Soft Skills: Good communication, meticulous attention to detail, coachable, and a proven ability and desire to learn.Preferred: Experience handling cytology specimens and preparing cytology slides using the Hologic T2000 or the BD Totalys.Description:This is an onsite position for a Research Associate II in Cytology, requiring 2–4 years of post-college experience.The Opportunity:Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to support Ventana projects. This involves designing, executing, and interpreting experiments and applying technical expertise toward project strategies.
