Job Description

Job Title: Research Associate I
Location: Onsite – Tucson, AZ
Pay Rate: $27/hr
Duration: 6 months

• Support research, development, and manufacturing laboratory activities for early-phase assay development.

• Execute laboratory experiments and contribute to experimental design, execution, and interpretation.

• Support development of assays prior to transfer to CAP/CLIA-certified clinical laboratories.

• Prepare technical reports, protocols, summaries, and quantitative analyses.

• Present experimental results to project and departmental teams.

• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and electronic records in accordance with applicable requirements.

• Follow GMP, GLP, Design Control, and other applicable regulatory procedures.

• Perform assigned experiments independently and support project laboratory activities.

• Execute basic computational biology scripts and interpret existing code to support laboratory data processing.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.

• 0–2 years of relevant laboratory or biotechnology industry experience.
