The Requirements Management Engineer plays a key role in defining, documenting, validating, and managing system and software requirements across the aerospace product lifecycle. This position ensures that all technical and regulatory requirements are clearly captured, traceable, and verifiable, supporting the development of safe, reliable, and certifiable aerospace systems.
The Requirements Management Engineer acts as the interface between system design, software, hardware, verification, and certification teams to maintain full alignment and traceability throughout development. They apply structured methodologies and specialized tools to manage changes, assess impacts, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards such as DO-178C, DO-254, and ARP4754A.

Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle and heel, and reach with hands and arms. Will occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
Work Environment: Typically works in an office and laboratory setting with occasional travel to manufacturing sites or customer locations. Requires flexibility for on-site work, project oversight, and design reviews.
