The Responsibilities:
- Create memorable guest experiences by embodying Ballys Born to Entertain culture and delivering services that exceed expectations.
- Build meaningful relationships with guests through personalized interactions that foster loyalty, increase engagement, and strengthen long-term player value.
- Uphold all regulatory requirements, responsible gaming practices, and company policies, including the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program.
- Partner with casino hosts and management to identify opportunities for guest growth, recognition, and enhanced service experiences.
- Curate personalized guest experiences, including accommodations, dining, transportation, entertainment, and exclusive event arrangements.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Players Club program by promoting its benefits, rewards, and exclusive experiences to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate patron profiles and player activity within the Casino Management System to support relationship-building and personalized service initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members across the property to deliver seamless service, resolve guest concerns, and create exceptional entertainment experiences.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on gaming promotions, rewards programs, amenities, and property offerings to maximize guest enjoyment and satisfaction.
- Support the successful execution of promotions, tournaments, VIP events, and special experiences that drive guest engagement and excitement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
