Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote (during training will be 5 days in office)

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Developer to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong SQL development expertise, hands-on experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a software development background, strong analytical skills, and experience creating and supporting enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI, SSRS, and Report Builder.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and support business reports and reporting solutions.

• Create and enhance reports using Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Report Builder.

• Write, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Analyze reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot data, report, and performance issues.

• Learn and utilize proprietary SQL-based tools, processes, and development frameworks.

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of reporting deliverables.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve reporting and data challenges.

• Participate in testing activities to validate reporting functionality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Previous hands-on experience as a Software Developer (business analyst experience alone is not sufficient).

• Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting reports using:

• Power BI

• Report Builder

• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

• Advanced SQL expertise with the ability to:

• Read, write, and modify complex SQL queries

• Optimize SQL performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve SQL-related issues

• Ability to quickly learn proprietary SQL-based tools and development processes.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience creating and executing:

• Test plans

• Test cases

• Test scenarios

• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
