Reporting Analyst
Our client, an esteemed educational institution, is seeking a dedicated Reporting Analyst to join their team. As a Reporting Analyst, you will be part of the Business Intelligence department supporting various university teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Hybrid 1-3 days a week
Pay Range: $70,000 - $87,000
What's the Job?
- Participate in the full Data Analytics and Reporting solution lifecycle including planning, analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support.
- Analyze and model business needs to create a comprehensive understanding of data, workflows, and technical requirements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries to provide insights that support better decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs from multiple perspectives and suggest innovative solutions.
- Create visualizations using SQL, SSRS, PowerBI, Salesforce, and CRMA, and maintain dashboards to track institutional KPIs and metrics.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Intelligence, or related field; 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in report writing and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology stacks such as Microsoft and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions among diverse stakeholders.
