Regulatory Reporting Analyst | Hybrid – Mason, OH

We are hiring a Regulatory Reporting Analyst for a contract opportunity with a leading organization in the Mason, OH area.

 Location: Mason, OH – Hybrid
⏳ Duration: 5 Months+ (Possible Extension)
 Pay Rate: $40–$43.57/hr on W2
 Work Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Overview

The Regulatory Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the execution, validation, quality assurance, and delivery of regulatory and client reports. This role will manage recurring reporting activities, ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time, maintain reporting schedules and documentation, and support issue investigation, audits, and reporting quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver recurring regulatory and client reports within established deadlines.
• Utilize reporting tools such as BusinessObjects and QlikView to generate reports.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks.
• Analyze large volumes of data using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain reporting schedules, production trackers, and documentation.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and support issue resolution.
• Deliver reports through secure email or SFTP.
• Create, update, and format work instructions and process documentation.
• Support audit requests and reporting quality initiatives.
• Ensure reporting activities comply with established regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Manage multiple deliverables and changing priorities independently.

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Pivot Tables
  • Formulas
  • Large-volume data manipulation and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, or quality assurance.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory or compliance reporting.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects / SAP BI.
• Experience with QlikView or Qlik Sense.
• Experience supporting audits or quality assurance activities.
• Experience with SFTP or secure report delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
