    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Supporting analytics and visualizations that help global management gain insight and make decisions.

    This will be accomplished by:

    Leveraging existing tools (SQL, Python, Access, Vendavo, BI) to create reports and dashboards that can be

    used by internal stakeholders.

    Providing summaries/findings of analysis based upon quantitative and qualitative analysis

    Performing complex data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and transformation to ensure reporting

    accuracy and consistency.

    Writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, join, and prepare data from multiple sources.

    Supporting data engineering-related activities, including structuring, organizing, and preparing data for

    reporting and downstream analysis.

    Providing summaries and findings based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of reporting outputs.

    • Communicate effectively with multiple levels of management and business partners, tailor reporting outputs and findings

    to meet the needs of different audiences.

    • Provide recurring and ad hoc reports and analysis related to price realization within each local market.
    • Providing reports on win / loss data to better help key users understand the drivers impacting price realization in each

    local market

    • Pricing transaction analysis including price banding, transaction waterfalls, promotion effectiveness, discounting

    controls

    • Supporting global deal desk for strategic negotiations by pulling the relevant data points needed: yearly sales, pricing

    performance, benchmark discounts, general commercial terms, etc.

    • Support the management of Vendavo online application through testing and audits
    • Collaborating with IT employees to troubleshoot technical issues
    • Other duties may be assigned.

    What You Need to Succeed

    Education, Experience & Skills

    • A bachelor's in a business with the following highly desired: Finance, Marketing, Economics
    • Pricing specific courses or seminars highly desired
    • 1+ years in a global corporate environment
    • Experience in B2B companies strongly preferred

    Experience with:

    Project management

    Stake-holder management in a matrix environment

    Communicating through presentations to mid-level management

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize quantitative information and communicate observations in a

    business context.

    • Exposure to pricing theory and practice.
    • Business/financial modeling. Ability to mine data and translate business information into models to assist in effective decision making
    • Knowledge of pricing processes, including price monitoring and analysis
    • Baseline knowledge of and proficiency in the use of various data management and visualization tools. Examples include

    but are not limited to Excel, SQL, Access

    • ERP pricing module experience (SAP or similar experience) is desired.
    • Ideal skills include a high-level detail orientation, can do attitude, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Time Management: Multi-tasking and prioritization of multiple projects
    • Presentations: Ability to communicate through multiple mediums
