About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Replen PIT Operator to join our team in Dayton, NJ. This full-time position focuses on operating forklifts and order picking equipment to ensure accurate product replenishment, safe handling, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate order picker, reach truck, and stand-up forklift to pick, move, replenish, and stage products throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols
• Handle products accurately and safely to maintain inventory integrity
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Order Picker
• Prior experience operating Reach Trucks
• Warehouse and PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work the full Monday-Friday schedule
• Willingness to work overtime when required

Preferred Skills and Tools

• RF Scanner proficiency
• Experience with forklift operations, including reach forklifts and stand-up forklifts

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 20 lbs or more
• Standing and operating forklifts for the duration of the shift
