Repair Technician — Entry-Level Electronics & Mechanical Assembly

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Location: North Canton

Job Summary
Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring entry-level Repair Technicians in North Canton, OH. This position is ideal for dependable candidates interested in hands-on work, electronics repair, mechanical assembly, testing, manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations. Training is provided.


Please note: Reliable transportation is required. This location is not accessible by bus line.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and test electro-mechanical components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies

  • Troubleshoot and identify product malfunctions

  • Disassemble, clean, assemble, and refurbish products

  • Follow written and verbal work instructions

  • Use basic hand tools and testing equipment

  • Report recurring quality issues

  • Follow safety, quality, and ESD procedures

  • Work in a team-oriented production environment

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, repair, electronics, or mechanical work preferred

  • Basic computer skills a plus

  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn

  • Reliable transportation required
