Repair Technician Apprentice

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, works well independently, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and represents the company well with customers while working on repairs that typically take less than an hour. Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication while performing surface repairs for tenants and property management staff at locations throughout the DFW mid-cities area.

• Pay range of $18 to $22 per hour:  includes base pay, performance incentives, and monthly production bonuses.

Requirements:

• Experience working with your hands:  experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, or even a personal hobby.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors:  familiarity with color and color-matching is integral to our process. 
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Duties (in the field daily):

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication while performing surface repairs for tenants and property management staff at locations throughout the DFW mid-cities area  
• Creatively problem-solve repairs in a variety of settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step process  
• Employ each tool in your custom toolkit
