Repair Station Manager

The Judge Group is seeking a General Manager for a Part 145 repair Center in the Butler, WI area.

COMPENSATION: 120k to 150k plus bonus

RELOCATION: Yes

MUST HAVE: 5+ years’ in a 14 CFR Part 145 or Part 121 certified station

LIKE TO HAVE: College degree preferred or A&P license

MUST HAVE: Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations

MUST HAVE: The ability to lead a team and work directly with customers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality, Planning, Contracts, Personnel)

- Meet strategic goals and performance objectives

- Ensure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety and contractual obligations

- Act as the main contact for FAA relations

- Maintain staffing levels

- Ensures contract obligations and customers’ expectations are met

- Upsell contract terms

- Provide status reports to customers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- 5+ years’ in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station

- Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations

- About 20% travel required

- Excel experience is a strong plus for reporting
