Job Title : Repair Services Associate I
Location : Buffalo Grove, IL
Duration : 9 months on W2
Shift: 1st Shift 6:45am-3:15pm
Description:
Performs entry-level tasks related to servicing customer products while adhering to established productivity and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Service customer products by performing activities such as receiving and shipping, reviewing customer complaints, basic troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, inspections, basic hand soldering, cleaning, testing, and final quality inspections.
- Accurately document work performed using symptom codes and parts replacement reasons.
- Develop familiarity with assigned products, processes, operational metrics, and software tools.
- Follow standard work instructions and quality procedures to meet productivity and quality expectations.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement, work instruction updates, and process standardization.
- Resolve routine issues of limited complexity under direct supervision and perform basic analysis involving a limited number of variables.
- Learn and apply company policies and procedures to daily work activities.
- Comply with all required safety practices and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Work Experience:
- No prior experience required.

- Ability to follow and understand written work instructions.
- Basic knowledge and use of common hand tools.
Physical Demands:
- Medium-duty work requiring the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to distinguish colors accurately. (Color vision required.)
- Worker will be required to comply with and operate in accordance with all applicable our client policies, as well as the safety guidelines, procedures, and requirements of the assigned warehouse location
