The Repair Coordinator is responsible for billing, packaging, and shipping customer owned two-way radio communication devices within a depot environment.
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting service level expectations.

Strong collaboration across FTC teams, service arms, and customer interactions is essential.
Job Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bill, package, and ship communication devices for repair services
Process customer equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with service level requirements
Collaborate with FTC teams, service groups, and customers professionally
Communicate status updates, issues, and resolutions clearly
Prioritize tasks effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment
Support customer satisfaction through timely processing and quality execution
Adapt to workload changes and support overtime needs when required
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
