As an R&M Technician, you'll perform hands-on inspection, repair, and maintenance of field tools in Weatherford's facilities. You'll work with specialized equipment and systems to prepare tools for their next assignment, following technical manuals and work instructions. Responsibilities:
Maintain highest standards of safety, security, and compliance with company policies
Inspect, repair, and refurbish field tools through the entire maintenance process
Use precision measuring instruments and testing devices to assess equipment condition
Complete required documentation, work orders, and quality control processes
Safely operate lifting equipment, forklifts, and cranes for material handling
Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accurate documentation
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and LEAN programs
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders

Qualifications Required:
