    Description:
    • Perform general repairs and maintenance on company facilities, equipment, and property
    • Complete preventative maintenance on machinery, tools, and equipment
    • Assist with mechanical repairs on heavy equipment, trailers, railcars, and other company assets
    • Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, saws, drills, impact tools, and other maintenance equipment
    • Perform basic welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication as needed
    • Assist with painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs
    • Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
    • Operate forklifts, skid steers, telehandlers, man lifts, and other equipment as trained
    • Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
    • Keep shop areas, work sites, and company property clean and organized
    • Perform yard maintenance including mowing, weed trimming, snow removal, and debris cleanup as needed
    • Follow preventative maintenance schedules and complete assigned work orders
    • Assist other departments with labor tasks as business needs require
    • Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies
    • Follow instructions from supervisors and be willing to perform a variety of job duties as assigned
    • Communicate with managers regarding repair status, equipment issues, and material needs
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
    • Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations
    • Always make safety a priority
    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
    • Previous maintenance, construction, mechanical, or general labor experience preferred
    • Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
    • Experience using hand tools and power tools required
    • Welding and fabrication experience preferred but not required
    • Forklift or heavy equipment experience preferred
    • Valid driver's license preferred
    • Ability to read and follow maintenance instructions and safety procedures

    • Strong mechanical aptitude
    • Self-starter who works well independently
    • Dependable, motivated, and resourceful
    • Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with minimal supervision
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Alert, focused, and detail-oriented
    • Physically and mentally fit
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
    • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
    • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
    • Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment
    • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
    • Follow all site safety protocols
