Repair Design Engineer

Repair Design Engineer to support aerostructures non-conformance disposition, repair design, discrepant hardware evaluation, repair concepts, technical substantiation, and repair documentation. Key Responsibilities: Experience in Repair design with CATIA V5 and GD&T of Aero structures metallic and/or composite structures, Engineering release/change control, repair substantiation.

Position : Repair Design Engineer/ Stress Engineer.
Location - Wichita KS (Onsite)
Position type: FTE/ contract.

Must have skills:

Repair Design Engineer to support aerostructures non-conformance disposition, repair design, discrepant hardware evaluation, repair concepts, technical substantiation, and repair documentation.

Need some one who is having experience on
Primary Structures : like fuselage (body of aircraft), wings, empennage(tail section), nacelles (engine housings), flight control surfaces.
Secondary Structures: like (Fairings & Fillets, Cowlings, Control Surfaces, Doors, Winglets & Leading Edges)

• Experience in Repair design with CATIA V5 and GD&T of Aero structures metallic and/or composite structures,
• Engineering release/change control, repair substantiation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Stress, Design, and Certification teams.
• Preferred: Fuselage, nacelle, pylon product knowledge.
