Job Description:
- Pay: $23/hr (W2)
- Must be cleared to work in an ITAR facility
- Assignment is approximately 2 ½ - 3 months, with potential for extension based on performance and business need
- Onsite in Lanham, MD
- You will be responsible for billing, packaging, and shipping customer-owned two-way radio communication devices within a technical depot environment
- Process and track returned equipment while maintaining accurate documentation across multiple systems and databased
- Coordinate with internal report depot, service, and shipping/receiving teams to ensure equipment is processed efficiently
- Communicate with external customers, including police departments, emergence response organizations, and public safety customers
- Maintain details records and provide timely status updates regarding equipment, repairs, and shipments
- Life up to 30 – 35 lbs as needed
- This is a technical depot repair support position, not a traditional warehouse role
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with billing, packaging, shipping/receiving, inventory coordination, or similar operational processes
- Minimum typing speed of 30WPM
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Suite
- Ability to navigate and learn multiple systems and databases simultaneously
- Customer service experience and ability to communication professionally with external customers
- Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and Dialpad is preferred
