JOB TITLE: Rental Technician
DIVISION: Rental Department
REPORTS TO: Rental Shop Supervisor
LOCATION: Rental Shops
CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time/ Part-Time/ Seasonal/ Hourly
POSITION:The Rental Technician serves as a front-line representative of Solitude Mountain Resort, providing exceptional customer service by fitting, selecting, and setting up rental equipment for guests. The rental team also acts as an information resource for the resort, assisting guests with questions and directions.
Additional responsibilities include inspecting and processing returned equipment, operating point-of-sale (POS) systems, learning and utilizing rental management software, maintaining shop cleanliness and organization, and supporting overall rental shop operations.
