Pay: $33.80–$49.96 per hour (based on experience)

Quinn Company is seeking an experienced Rental Equipment Technician to help maintain and repair our Caterpillar rental fleet. In this role, you'll ensure equipment is inspected, repaired, serviced, and rental-ready so our customers receive reliable equipment when they need it.

What You'll Do

• Inspect rental equipment when it is returned from customers
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and scheduled service
• Prepare equipment quickly and safely for the next rental
• Replace or rebuild components as needed
• Complete repair orders and service documentation
• Perform operational and safety inspections before equipment is released
• Support shop operations and occasional field service calls
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Experience repairing heavy equipment, rental equipment, or diesel equipment
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced rental environment
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
