Whether you're inspecting, repairing, servicing, or preparing machines for their next rental, your work directly impacts the customer experience.
We're looking for a Rental Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and enjoys working with a team committed to delivering TOCS - Totally Outrageous Customer Service.
What You'll Do
- Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment in a shop environment.
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is rental-ready.
- Diagnose and address mechanical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Install, remove, and exchange machine attachments as needed.
- Clean, detail, and prepare machines for customer delivery.
- Verify equipment is operating properly before it heads to the customer.
- Demonstrate pride in workmanship through accurate, high-quality repairs.
- Meet productivity and performance goals established by management.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers, visitors, and fellow employee-owners.
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience as a technician in heavy equipment, construction equipment, or agriculture equipment preferred.
- Ability to safely operate shop tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a post-offer physical abilities test.
