Rental Technician - Winter 2026/2027

Type: Seasonal | Start Date: December | End Date: April 2027
As a rental technician, you'll help guests set up with the right ski or snowboard equipment, adjusting everything for fit and performance. You'll be the go-to person for helping guests hit the slopes with confidence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Issue proper and well-fitting rental equipment to guests.
- Adjust equipment settings in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
- Inspect equipment for damage, malfunction, and compatibility.
- Process returned equipment and store it in the appropriate locations.
- Be knowledgeable of the range of equipment offered.
- Answer guest questions in regard to rental procedures, the ski area, and Resort operations.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge of skiing and other winter activities preferred.
- Skill in Google Workspaces and standard computer interfaces.
- Skill in providing expectation-exceeding customer service to all guests.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work on weekends and holidays.
Seasonal position, PT/FT shifts available.
