SUMMARY
Tosafely fit rental skis, snowboards and other sliding equipment tocustomers. As a guest focused organization, a crucial part of eachemployee’s job is to get and keep guests. To be able to size feetappropriately for proper fit and comfort of ski boots for customers. Tobe friendly and customer service oriented. As a customer focused organization,a crucial part of each employees' job is to get and keep guests. Both full andpart-time positions are available. Working flexible hours; weekends,holiday/vacation weeks are essential! Candidatesmust be at least 14 years of age to apply.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include thefollowing. Other duties may be assigned:
-Provide the guest with proper equipment and excellent service at all times.
- Workefficiently and safely at all times.
- Somejob sharing may be required.
RESPONSIBILITY TO SAFETY
-Protect the safety of self, co-workers, and Cranmore Mountain Resort guests atall times.
- Reportany potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisorwithout delay.
- Reportsafety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor.
- Followall company and department safety policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment in a safe manner that will
not lead to injury of you or others.
