Rental Sales Coordinator

A growing and well-established equipment dealership is seeking a Rental Sales Coordinator to support rental operations, customers, and the sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, equipment, and a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with equipment rental needs and recommendations
• Coordinate rental reservations, contracts, equipment availability, and scheduling
• Communicate with customers regarding rental terms, pricing, pickup, and delivery
• Work closely with sales, service, parts, and rental departments
• Maintain accurate rental records and customer information
• Coordinate equipment pickups, deliveries, and returns
• Help monitor rental fleet availability and equipment condition
• Assist with quotes, invoices, and rental agreements
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive rental experience
• Help identify additional sales and rental opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in equipment rental, construction, agriculture, automotive, or a related industry preferred
• Customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers and rental or inventory software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, sales staff, and management
• Equipment knowledge is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
