Rental Make Ready Technician

Responsibilities

As a Rental Service Technician at our Bryan location, you'll keep our rental fleet of agricultural and construction equipment running strong, performing preventative maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and repairs both in the shop and out in the field. This is hands-on, varied work for someone who takes pride in getting equipment right.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform service, set-up, and repair of agricultural and light construction equipment both in the shop and in the field
• Complete reports and forms related to work assignments
• Maintain current knowledge of agricultural and light construction equipment
• Participate in continuing education and training opportunities
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of related experience required
• Must have your own full set of tools
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds multiple times per day

Over the decades, the company has grown into an 11-location dealership across Central and East Texas, offering a full line of Kubota agricultural, construction, and lawn and garden equipment, utility vehicles, and trailers. Since 1939, a number of local families have owned and operated the business, including the Cades, Kankels, Quinns, Koehnes, Jensens, and now the Wackmans, who have owned WCTractor since 2014.
