As a result of our significant growth, GM Equipment Rentals is in need of 1 full time Rental Coordinator for our Hudsonville, MI location.
Job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):
- Work with Location Manager to develop and maintain rental operation standards
- Assist in taking customer telephone orders for deliveries, pickups and service
- Schedule Drivers and organize dispatch of all equipment for the branch
- Arrange for all field repairs
- Answer customer calls and review driver schedules in order to fulfill customer requests
- Ensure customer service levels are held above standards
- Maintaining a consistent message to be delivered by all customer service team members
- Other duties assigned as needed
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass background /drug test.
- 2 + years of industry experience preferred.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, QuickBooks, etc.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment / trucks and parts a plus.
