Rental Coordinator

Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour

Gallatin Ford is looking for a friendly, organized Rental Coordinator to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll manage our rental fleet, assist customers with the rental process, coordinate with our Service Department, and help ensure every customer has a great experience.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate vehicle rentals and reservations
• Greet customers and complete rental paperwork
• Inspect rental vehicles before and after rentals
• Schedule fleet maintenance and monitor vehicle availability
• Deliver outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
