About the Role:Orr Limited LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Rental Agent to join our team in Cape Canaveral, FL! In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of our company — helping customers find the perfect rental solutions while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish. Responsibilities:- Assist customers in selecting rental options that best fit their needs and budget
- Process rental agreements, payments and returns accurately and efficiently
- Inspect rental inventory before and after each transaction to document condition
- Maintain organized records of rentals, returns, and customer information
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email in a timely manner
- Coordinate availability and scheduling of rental inventory
- Upsell additional products, services, or rental upgrades when appropriate
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in rental services, retail, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, customer-facing environment
- Above average computer proficiency for processing transactions and maintaining records
- Valid driver's license required
- Positive, professional attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
