What You Will Do:

• Coordinate Rental Operations: Keep equipment availability, reservations, deliveries, pickups, transfers, and customer commitments moving smoothly each day.
• Keep the Fleet Ready: Coordinate equipment inspections, cleaning, fueling, repairs, and staging to ensure rental equipment is ready when customers need it.
• Support Customers: Serve as a primary point of contact for walk-in rental customers, helping coordinate equipment needs, availability, documentation, pickups, and returns.
• Manage Priorities: Coordinate daily workflow based on rental demand, equipment availability, service schedules, transportation needs, and changing customer priorities.
• Keep Everyone Connected: Partner with Rental, Sales, Service, and Transportation teams to communicate equipment status, resolve operational challenges, and support customer commitments.

What You Will Need:

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in equipment rental, construction equipment, heavy equipment, or a related operational environment is preferred.
• Strong Organization: Ability to balance equipment availability, fleet readiness, customer commitments, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Equipment Knowledge: General understanding of heavy equipment, rental operations, equipment condition, and maintenance or repair needs.
• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate priorities and work effectively with customers and teams across multiple departments.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify operational issues, respond to changing needs, and find solutions that keep equipment and customers moving.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively use company systems to manage rental activity, equipment status, and documentation.
• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
