    Job Title: Renewal Specialist
    Contract Duration: 1 year, possible extension

    Work Arrangement: Remote (some travel required)

    Summary
    We are seeking a Renewal Specialist to support a large, high-revenue partner account. This is a newly created role focused on managing the customer renewal process and driving revenue through proactive engagement and sales support activities. The Renewal Specialist will work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams and partner representatives to ensure renewals are completed accurately and on time.

    This role is highly partner-driven and requires someone who can successfully manage high volumes of work, adapt to changing priorities, and build strong relationships across multiple teams and personalities.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage the renewal lifecycle for a dedicated partner account
    • Track and monitor upcoming renewals using established timelines:
      • 90 days out: Initial customer notification
      • 60 days out: Quote generation and delivery
      • 30 days out: Follow-up and engagement activities
    • Review renewal data files and ensure accuracy of customer information
    • Perform data management and analysis using Excel
    • Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain customer records, upload information, and track renewal activity
    • Communicate with sales representatives and customers regarding renewal requirements and timelines
    • Cross-reference multiple data sources to produce accurate renewal reporting
    • Participate in team meetings and partner collaboration sessions
    • Document processes and best practices while helping establish procedures for this newly created role
    • Support revenue-generating activities through proactive customer engagement and sales support
    Required Qualifications
    • 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in sales support, customer renewals, account support, customer engagement, or a related field
    • Experience managing high volumes of work and competing priorities
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to adapt quickly and shift between tasks as business needs change
    • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, teams, and personalities
    • Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
    • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
      • Pivot Tables
      • VLOOKUPs
      • Data management and reporting
      • Working across multiple data sources
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate's degree with relevant experience will also be considered)
    • Experience supporting sales, customer success, account management, or renewal teams
    • Quick learner with the ability to work in a changing environment
    • Versatile background with experience across different industries
    • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
