The Renal Specialist Level I evaluates the patient’s response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes. Overview: The Renal Specialist Level I will identify the needs and priorities of the dialysis and apheresis patient through assessment.

Overview:

The Renal Specialist Level I will identify the needs and priorities of the dialysis and apheresis patient through assessment. The Renal Specialist Level I plans and delegates care based on patient needs. The Renal Specialist Level I evaluates the patient’s response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes. The Renal Specialist Level I is accountable for outcomes of patient care of assigned patients.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.  Current AL RN License.  BLS required.
