Patients know a removable appliance is successful the moment it enters their mouth. Our in-office laboratory is looking for an experienced Removable Technician who takes pride in creating high-quality dentures and partials that fit flawlessly, function comfortably, and look natural from day one.
In this role, your craftsmanship directly impacts patient outcomes. You won't just be working a general bench—you'll be working closely with our clinical team in a specialized environment where precision, quality, and artisan detail are valued over high-volume assembly lines.
Full-Scope Fabrication: Produce complete dentures, cast partials, and flexible removable appliances meeting exact prescriptions for fit, occlusion, shade, and contour.
Esthetic Try-Ins: Mount cases, set teeth, and wax-up with high precision so clinicians can evaluate fit and aesthetics with minimal chairside adjustments.
Processing & Finishing: Process, trim, and polish appliances to strict standards of border accuracy, surface finish, and tissue adaptation.
Quality Assurance: Catch setup, articulation, or processing discrepancies at the bench to minimize remakes and ensure clean deliveries.
Turnaround Management: Maintain steady workflow schedules without sacrificing craft or quality, proactively communicating any timeline risks.
Prescription & Record Review: Accurately interpret clinician notes, bite records, and models; reach out directly to clinicians to clear up any ambiguities before fabrication starts.
Detailed Documentation: Maintain clear case tracking, material usage notes, and technical records for seamless team continuity.
You will operate in a fully equipped, collaborative in-office lab alongside dedicated clinicians and experienced peers. You will have access to quality processing systems, articulation tools, shade-matching resources, and premium materials.
