Remote Vacation Specialist

We're looking for a Vacation Planning Specialist who enjoys researching destinations, comparing options, organizing details, and helping clients turn vacation ideas into well-planned experiences.

This remote opportunity combines travel research, customer service, organization, and relationship building. You'll work with clients to understand what they're looking for and help identify vacation options that fit their preferences, travel style, and budget.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing resources are available.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients about upcoming vacation plans
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and activities
• Compare available options and make personalized recommendations
• Coordinate reservations and important trip details
• Communicate confirmations, requirements, and next steps
• Assist with questions and changes throughout the planning process
• Maintain organized client records and follow-up
• Participate in destination and supplier training
• Develop relationships with repeat and referral clients
