Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Assist with booking reservations, modifications, and cancellations
Provide accurate travel information and documentation guidance
Maintain detailed client records
Follow up before and after travel to ensure satisfaction
Resolve concerns professionally and promptly
