Remote Travel Planning Specialist

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help travelers research options, build trip plans, and coordinate important travel details from home.

As a Remote Travel Planning Specialist, you'll assist with destination research, accommodations, transportation, activities, reservations, and itinerary organization while helping clients stay informed throughout the planning process.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Learn client preferences, dates, and priorities
• Research destinations and available options
• Compare accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Organize itinerary and scheduling details
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help with changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client information

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, planning, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
