Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching and booking travel accommodations, transportation, and activities
Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Ensure travel arrangements are accurate and well-coordinated
Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after trips
Stay informed about destinations, travel promotions, and industry updates
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
