In this role, you will help keep travel plans organized, accurate, and aligned with client needs.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and scheduling details
    Research destinations, accommodations, and available options to support planning
    Communicate with clients and team members to gather and confirm information
    Maintain organized records through data entry, itinerary tracking, and documentation
    Assist with confirmations, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
    Monitor workflow progress and ensure all travel-related tasks are completed on time
    Review travel details to ensure accuracy and completeness

    Qualifications

    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Excellent communication and attention to detail
    Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively
    Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
