Remote Travel Operations Specialist

We're looking for organized, detail-focused individuals to support travel operations, reservations, scheduling, and client coordination in a remote environment.

As a Remote Travel Operations Specialist, you'll help keep trip details accurate, track confirmations and updates, and support arrangements involving accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerary timing.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate reservations, schedules, and confirmations
• Track travel dates, updates, and pending items
• Organize accommodation, transportation, and activity details
• Maintain accurate client and itinerary records
• Assist with changes or special requests
• Provide clear client updates and follow-up
• Research options when adjustments are needed
