    Description

Are you the person who loves putting all the pieces together? We're looking for a Travel Logistics Specialist to help clients turn travel ideas into organized, well-prepared trips.

In this role, you'll work with travel details from the planning stage through departure. One day you may be researching accommodations and destination options; the next, organizing confirmations, updating an itinerary, or following up on an important reservation. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and helping people, this could be a great fit.

No previous travel industry experience is required. We'll provide training, resources, and ongoing support to help you learn the role.

    A Typical Day May Include

    • Helping clients organize flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
    • Researching destinations, accommodations, activities, and available travel options.
    • Gathering client preferences and helping match them with suitable options.
    • Keeping reservations, confirmations, and itineraries organized.
    • Monitoring upcoming trips and following up on missing details.
    • Assisting with changes, updates, and questions along the way.
    • Reviewing travel information before departure to help ensure everything is ready.
    • Maintaining accurate client and booking records.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

    • Enjoy planning and naturally pay attention to the little details.
    • Communicate clearly and enjoy working with people.
    • Can juggle multiple requests while staying organized.
    • Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
    • Pick up new technology and online systems quickly.
    • Are dependable, proactive, and good at following through.
    • Have experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, scheduling, logistics, or travel—or are ready to learn something new.

    What You'll Find Here

    • 100% remote work environment.
    • Flexible scheduling.
    • Training and onboarding to help you get started.
    • Ongoing support and access to helpful resources.
    • Opportunities to build planning, coordination, and customer service skills.
    • A supportive team environment with room for professional growth.
    • Access to travel industry resources and travel-related benefits.

    Basic Requirements

    • A reliable computer and internet connection.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Comfortable using email, online platforms, and digital tools.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible countries within Latin America.
