If you're organized, resourceful, and enjoy helping others plan travel adventures, this remote role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients to research destinations, book accommodations, arrange transportation, plan itineraries, and provide support from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities

• Research and recommend destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages
• Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements based on client needs and budgets
• Organize complete travel itineraries and documentation
• Answer client questions and provide friendly, reliable travel support
• Work with travel suppliers to confirm bookings and manage logistics
• Maintain accurate client records and travel information

• Organized and attentive to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new tools and booking systems
• Proactive problem solver with a service focused mindset
• Independent, self motivated, and reliable
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States
