About the Role:
Connect with potential clients and schedule appointments for our travel advisors while working from home. Help gather basic travel details and ensure a smooth start to each client’s vacation planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients by phone, email, or messaging
Schedule and confirm appointments for travel services
Collect key travel details (dates, destination, budget)
Maintain organized lead and appointment records
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional, friendly demeanor
Ability to work independently with reliable internet access
Appointment setting, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
