Remote Travel Agent

We are seeking a Remote Travel Agent to support clients throughout the entire travel booking process, from the initial inquiry to the completion of their trip. This role is suited to a service-oriented professional who enjoys planning travel, coordinating details, and helping clients feel confident in their travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, budget, and timelines
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities that match client needs
• Book and manage travel arrangements for clients from start to finish, including flights, lodging, tours, and related services
• Prepare clear itineraries and provide clients with accurate travel documentation and information
• Guide clients through each stage of the booking process, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly
• Handle changes, cancellations, and rebookings, and assist clients with any issues that arise before or during travel
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details
• Follow up with clients after their trips to ensure satisfaction and encourage future bookings

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive client relationships
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client bookings and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfort using online booking tools, reservation systems, and standard communication platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
• Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial
